After loading the game you select your faction, and the game loads. Greeted by your commanding officer giving you information on the resources that will be available to you, you can talk to him further, or talk to him later, for more information on how to play.
Soon after you will have a base, and can check the status of your troops, and population with their output. Selecting to Queue up Probe droids you also select to Queue up an Establishment unit with 2 warrior units. A few turns later your probe droid starts exploring, at your command.

Turn 2

Once your Establishment unit arrives you scan the area quickly for suitable resources, and select a spot. Sending it towards that spot, the turn ends, and you discover a new resource, stone. As your 1st Warrior activates, you queue up a worker unit. Having the warrior fortify, your turn ends.

Turn 3

Since your Establishment unit has arrived you commence building the base. Your probe droid has now discovered another faction, the Switch. You fail to make Peaceful resolutions, and quickly find you’re in war with them. Queuing up another warrior you send your 2nd warrior off to fight the other faction head on. You also Queue up a warrior at your 2nd base, and your turn ends.

Turn 4

As your worker activates you send him to start cultivating the ground near your bases, and end your turn. Your warrior arrives at the enemy base, but soon discovers that their base defense are too strong, he is wounded, and his fatigue is raised to 50%.
As your 2nd worker activates, you send him off to the enemy base toward the newly discovered trade route alongside your 2nd warrior. Your turn ends. Your 1st worker has now built a mine causing more stone production. You queue up a trade cart in your 1st base, and a manager in your 2nd, your turn ends.

Turn 5

As your worker and your warrior have arrived at then enemies road, they wait and hold there. Your trade cart finished production, and you send it off to your warrior, and worker.
The enemy trade cart has now appeared on your vision, and it looks like its heading for the Switch base. As your stone has arrived, your first warrior attacks, in his weakened state, he dies quickly. However, the worker starts building a stone wall across the road. Your 2nd base has finished producing its leader, and he sets off to assist the worker. The trade cart got there too early though, and your warrior is attacked. Wounded at 28% fatigue he holds there protecting the worker, and your turn ends.

Turn 6

The next turn you set your 2 bases to build 2 more workers. Your stone wall piece is now finished. Your warrior’s fatigue is reduced to 25% due to his intake of food and rest, moving south to further build the wall, the trade cart is forced to follow, not being able to penetrate the stone wall. Meanwhile in the city, having used up the resources left over from harvest, all units in the city are fatigued up to 5%. And your turn ends.

Turn 7

As your workers activate out of the bases you set them to work to build more mines, further enhance the stone output. Your stone wall is soon finished, and the trade cart is sent back for more food, and stone. A couple turns later, your stone wall is finished, and you have 2 more bases, however due to the unavailablility of food to the city. All the units in the city die of Fatigue, and you quickly take over the base. Soon your scientists in your 1st base refine the stone into axes and unveil the wood resource.
