Overview

  • Leader: HanClinto (Clint Herron)
  • Platform: PC with Bluetooth Wiimote. To expand the audience, a secondary input mode of using the mouse is also provided.
  • Tools: C# with SDL.Net

Purpose

A small game to exercise game design for the Nintendo Wiimote.

Target Audience

Action-oriented gamers who like a focus on intensity and precise skill. The requirement of a Wiimote connected to a PC reduces the available playing population greatly.

Gameplay

Controller

Gameplay is controlled by a Wiimote in IR sensing mode, and secondary support is given for mouse input (provided no Wiimote is detected)

Storyline

Some things are in the works for this.

Stages

Stages progress from the training level all the way up to the final boss fight. Aim for 6-12 levels in length -- this game is a proof of concept, further development down the road with a sequel is certainly open to consideration.
